Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rateblox (the “Service”, available at rateblox.com) is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Novitski Maksim Andrei, DUNS 933896898, registered at 27 N. Tigranyan St., Arabkir, Yerevan, Armenia (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Rateblox is an AI assistant for Roblox creators. You describe what you want to build, and the Service generates maps, models, Luau scripts and interface elements and applies them to your place in Roblox Studio through the Rateblox Studio plugin. Optional integrations use the Roblox Open Cloud API with a key you provide.

Rateblox is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. “Roblox” and the Roblox logo are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

3. Accounts

• You must provide a valid email address and keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• The Service is not intended for children under 13. If you are under 16 (or the age of digital consent in your country), you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits.

4. Credits and plans

The Service works on credits: every prompt you send costs one credit, regardless of the size of the task. Current plans:

• Free — $0 to start: 5 credits once, on sign-up.
• Hobby — $8.99 / month: 100 credits per monthly billing period.
• Pro — $15.99 / month: 300 credits per monthly billing period.

Credits included in a paid plan are added at the start of each billing period and do not carry over to the next period. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged. Prices are listed in US dollars; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

5. Payments and subscriptions

• Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions that renew automatically at the end of each billing period and are charged to your saved payment method until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges; your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
• We may change prices with at least 14 days’ notice by email. Changes apply from your next billing period.

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service to create content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent toward real people, or that infringes anyone’s rights;
• create content or experiences that violate the Roblox Terms of Use or Community Standards;
• attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or bypass the limits or security of the Service;
• resell or provide access to the Service to third parties without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules.

7. Your content and generated output

You keep the rights to your prompts and to the output the Service generates for you, subject to third-party rights. You give us a limited licence to process your prompts, project context and output only to provide and improve the Service. Models inserted from the Roblox Creator Store remain subject to their authors’ terms and Roblox’s rules.

AI-generated output may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review and test everything before you publish an experience.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service depends on third-party providers (hosting, database, AI models and Roblox), and we may change or discontinue features.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, profits or in-game revenue, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Yerevan, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page and, for material changes, notify you by email before they take effect.
