How to choose
You want to build for free
Start with Roblox's own Assistant. It is built into Studio and is the only option here with no subscription at all. Add Claude or ChatGPT through an MCP connection if you already pay for one of them.
You want to see the plan before anything is built
Rateblox writes a full game plan — name, gameplay, progression and shop — before it builds, and that plan is free. Roblox Assistant also has a planning mode. With most other agents you prompt and build straight away.
You work with files, Git and Rojo
Superbullet syncs your scripts as files and is built around a framework, which suits people who already code. Ropilot runs as a desktop app with its own toolset.
You need generated 3D models or animations
Lemonade offers prompt-to-animation, and Roblox Assistant can generate meshes. Rateblox does not generate images, models, video or voice — it builds from parts and Creator Store models.
